We offer two online health coaching programs: a 3-month Foundation Program and a 6-month Transformation Program — both built around your Third Road Strengths results and a personalized habit change plan. Every program includes a Strengths assessment, one-on-one coaching, and a structured roadmap across the health pathways that matter most to you.

Physical activity is the single most powerful intervention for extending healthspan. We will develop a sustainable strategy that works for you.
Eating healthy
A whole foods approach to maintaining a healthy weight. Simple, sustainable habits around food — built around your real schedule, not an unrealistic plan.
Sleep
Sleep is a performance issue, not a badge of honor to skip. It affects your energy, focus, metabolism, mood, and ability to build every other healthy habit.
Social connection
Loneliness and isolation are as damaging as chronic disease. Maintaining relationships and building community impacts your health in ways most programs completely ignore.
Stress reduction
Chronic stress disrupts sleep, drives poor eating decisions, and makes habit change nearly impossible — actively working against every other health goal you have.
