I know what it feels like when the plan finally fits.

I spent 30 years in healthcare watching people receive excellent advice and still struggle to follow through — including me. What I learned is that the missing piece is almost always having a plan built around how you actually work.

Last year I ran my first marathon. In January 2026 I started working with ultra endurance Coach Kelsey McGill, to prepare me for my first 50k trail race. She built a plan around my specific goal and experience level. She taught me how to fuel for long efforts, how to train for elevation gain and what actually matters throughout training. And she stayed in my corner, week after week.

The result was one of the most transformative experiences of my life. Not because I tried harder. Because the plan finally fit. That is the foundation of Third Road Health and exactly what I build for every client.
